2.1 Browsing data
When you visit the website, certain technical data is automatically recorded: IP address (anonymised), browser type and version, pages visited, date and time of visit, session duration.
2.2 Contact form / demo request
If you complete a contact or demo request form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: last name, first name, professional email address, organisation name, site type, free-text message.
2.3 Client data (Observatory users)
In the context of the Local Biodiversity Observatory service, data relating to monitored sites may be collected: GPS coordinates of devices, detected species data, temporal metadata of observations. This data is processed in accordance with the contract signed with each client.

4. Retention Period
Data collected via contact forms is retained for 3 years from the date of last contact. Client data related to the service is retained for the full duration of the contract, then 5 years for legal archiving purposes. Browsing data is retained for 13 months maximum.

— Authorised members of the Every1Counts team, strictly within the limits of their responsibilities;
— Our technical subcontractors (hosting, video streaming, messaging), who are subject to confidentiality obligations;
